We want you to love your SpexVue products! If the product you received is damaged or has any issues, we offer a return policy under the following terms:
- Return Timeframe: if any damages or any issue you need to return the product within 2 days after delivery
- Eligibility for Return:
- The item must be in its original condition.
- All tags, packaging, and accessories must be intact.
- Returns are only accepted if the product is damaged at the time of delivery.
- We cannot entertain returns for products that are not damaged upon arrival.

🔄 Exchange Policy
We understand that sometimes an exchange is necessary. We offer exchanges under the following conditions:
All products exchanges will be done within 3 days of returning the product.
- Exchange Timeframe: Exchanges can be made within 3 days after the received of the product.
- Eligibility for Exchange: Products must be in original, unused condition with packaging intact.

Note: The new product for exchange will only be shipped once we receive the returned item and confirm its condition.

once the order is placed we don’t entertain refunds we do exchanges
