We want you to love your SpexVue products! If the product you received is damaged or has any issues, we offer a return policy under the following terms:

  • Return Timeframe: if any damages or any issue you need to return the product within 2 days after delivery
  • Eligibility for Return:
  • The item must be in its original condition.
  • All tags, packaging, and accessories must be intact.
  • Returns are only accepted if the product is damaged at the time of delivery.
  • We cannot entertain returns for products that are not damaged upon arrival.
  • Return Process: To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team at support@spexvue.com with your order details, including photos of the damage or issue.

🔄 Exchange Policy

We understand that sometimes an exchange is necessary. We offer exchanges under the following conditions:

All products exchanges will be done within 3 days of returning the product.

  • Exchange Timeframe: Exchanges can be made within 3 days after the received of the product.
  • Eligibility for Exchange: Products must be in original, unused condition with packaging intact.
  • Exchange Process: To request an exchange, contact our customer support at support@spexvue.com and provide your order details.

Note: The new product for exchange will only be shipped once we receive the returned item and confirm its condition.


💵 Refund Policy

At SpexVue, we aim to make the shopping experience seamless. However, please note the following regarding refunds:

once the order is placed we don’t entertain refunds we do exchanges

  • No Refunds: We do not offer refunds on orders once they are placed.
  • Exchanges Only: If you are dissatisfied with the product or if it arrives damaged, we will process an exchange for the same or another item of equal value.
  • Refund on Shipping Costs: Shipping charges are non-refundable, except in cases where we are at fault (such as sending a defective or wrong item).
